摘　　要：虽然我国文化产业发展速度很快,但存在一定程度的地产化倾向,土地资源浪费和低效利用现象大量存在,导致文化产业园区对土地资源过度依赖。应制定《文化产业用地改革试点方案》,规范统计标准、建立健全《文化产业园区数据库》,设置文化产业用地开发"红线",强化土地资源集约利用,研究文化产业园区科学发展模式,推动文化产业结构优化升级等。Although the development of China＇s cultural industry is very fast. However, the cultural industry has a certain degree of real estate trends. There is a large number of waste and inefficient use of land resources, which lead to excessive dependence on the land resources of cultural industrial park. This paper considers that we should develop ＂the pilot program about cultural industry land reform＂, standard statistical standard and establishment and perfection of ＂cultural Industry Park database＂, set up the ＂red line＂ of cultural industry land development, strengthen the inten- sive use of＇ land resources, study on the Scientific development model of cultural industry park, promote the optimization and upgrading of Cultural industry structure.
