大连市海绵城市建设有效途径研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着城市化进程的加快,大连市硬化的土地面积快速增加,造成了不同程度的河流及湖泊受损、绿色生态环境破碎,打破了城市原有的水文循环与自然生态特征;大连是一个三面环海却长时间被淡水资源匮乏问题所困扰的城市,也常呈现夏季暴雨来袭城市内涝的景象。这些问题的涌现,迫使大连市也开始逐步探索海绵城市建设的各种路径。基于此,本文在分析大连市海绵城市建设必要性的基础上,采用文献查阅法、实地调研法及数据分析法,分别从雨水资源的涵养与保护、雨水资源的循环与利用、雨水排水管渠的改造和建设三大方面,整合海绵型河渠水系建设与修复、海绵型绿地建设、海绵型硬化地面建设、海绵型雨水集流工程建设、海绵型绿色屋顶雨水花园建设、传统雨污水合流排水系统改造、新型雨污水分流排水系统建设等信息,多视角提出大连市海绵城市建设的有效途径,旨在为大连市海绵城市建设提供科学参考依据。In recent years, with the city to speed up the process, the rapid increase in Dalian City, hardening of the land area, causing rivers and lakes of varying degrees of damage, the green ecological environment is broken, breaking the original city hydrological cycle and ecological characteristics; Although Dalian is coastal on three sides, this city is still bothered by freshwater scarcity problem. Occasionally, it will be flooded inside this city when rainstorm comes in summer. The emerging of these problems forces Dalian to explore various path for the construction of sponge city. Ultimately, on the basis of analyzing the necessity of Dalian constructing sponge city. We adopt the literature method, field research method and the method of data analysis. After analyzing three major aspects including conservation and protection of water resources, recycling and utilization of rainwater resources, renovation and construction of rainwater drainage canal, we sorts out some information, such as： the sponge construction and repair of drainage canals, the construction of green-land and hardened land sponge and green roof and rainy garden, the traditional rain sewage drainage system transformation, new model of rain water diversion drainage system construction and so on.This work presents effective way of Dalian＇s construction of sponge city aiming to offer scientific basis.
