摘  要:世界各国都很重视体育文化软实力建设。我国体育文化软实力与欧美国家相较有一定的差距,中国现在的经济地位是全球第二,但文化地位却远远不能与经济地位相匹配,因此提升国家文化软实力就显得迫在眉睫。体育文化软实力包涵隐蔽性与易接受性、传统性与时代性、渗透性与持久性,据此提出了我国体育文化软实力建设,需加大体育文化产业的建设和创新力度,增加体育人口,提高大众体育文化生活满意度,发挥体育文化外交作用,注重体育文化教育等提升策略。Countries around the world attach great importance to the soft power construction of sports culture. In this respect, our country lags behind the European countries and America. Our economic status is the second in the world, but our cultural status falls far behind. So it is extremely urgent to develop the soft power of national culture. According such features of soft power of sports culture as concealment and acceptability, tradition and modernity, permeability and durability, the following strategies for constructing soft power of national sports culture were put forward: intensifying the construction and innovation of sports culture, increasing the sports population, improving the public satisfaction of sports culture life, exerting the function of sports culture in diplomat, and attaching more importance to sports culture education.
