箱形柱-工形梁端板连接节点试验研究

摘　　要：预制装配式钢框架中箱形柱与工形梁之间采用螺栓连接会存在一定的施工困难,为此,提出了一种箱形柱与工形梁之间采用端板连接的节点形式及其3种预制方法,进行了1个足尺节点试件的单调加载试验和3个分别采用侧面开窗、正面开窗和中间截断预制方法的足尺节点试件的循环加载试验。测得了加载过程中各节点的弯矩、转角、层间位移角和主要截面的应变分布,分析了该种节点的承载力、刚度、转动性能、耗能能力和失效模式,对比了3种不同预制方法对节点受力性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用不同预制方法的节点,其力学性能相似,都具有较大的转动刚度和延性,节点转角主要受端板相连的柱壁板的鼓曲影响;所采用的3种预制加工方法均可以满足节点抗震设计要求,但在实际工程中建议优先采用性能更好的侧面开窗或中间截断加工方法。Bolted connections with box-section columns and I-section beams are difficult to use. To solve this problem, an end-plate connection form between box-section columns and I-section beams, as well as three prefabricating techniques for this connection form, was proposed. One monotonic-loaded fuU-scale specimen, as well as three cyclic loaded full-scale specimens with different prefabricating techniques of open-side-window, open-front-window and cut- off respectively, were tested to obtain the moments, rotations, inter-story drift ratios and strain distributions of critical sections of the joints. The resistance, stiffness, rotation capacity, energy dissipation capacity and failure modes of the connections were analyzed. Also, the influences of different prefabricating techniques were compared. According to the results, the mechanical properties are similar for the connections prefabricated by different techniques. All the specimens show satisfactory rotation capacities and good ductility, and the rotations of the connections are mainly caused by the bulge of the column flanges. All of the three prefabricating techniques can satisfy the requirements for seismic design, and the prefabricating methods of open-side-window and cut-off are recommended as preferred methods because of the better behaviors.
