手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案的构建及效果研究

摘　　要：目的构建手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案,将其在手术室耗材管理中应用并评价其应用效果。方法成立优化团队,分析目前手术室在耗材配送过程中存在的问题,建立手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案,采用"前向供应和逆向供应"的配送管理方式,比较应用前后手术物品准备时间、耗材供应时间、连台手术衔接时间、每日退回无菌耗材室的耗材件数、巡回护士在位率。结果采用手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案后,手术物品准备时间由(16.36±8.08)min缩短到了(10.33±5.75)min,耗材供应时间由(4.50±1.36)min缩短到(2.98±1.03)min,连台手术衔接时间由(21.38±9.58)min缩短到(19.78±7.64)min,每日退回无菌耗材室的耗材件数由(119.47±34.79)件减少至(112.24±37.76)件,手术室巡回护士的在位率由82.80%提升至84.90%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室耗材闭环供应链配送方案能够缩短物品供应时间、加快手术周转率,促进耗材的流通管理。Objective To establish and evaluate the system for consumable materials distribution based on closed loop supply chain in operating room. Methods The system improvement team was formed and cun＇ent weaknesses of distribution system were analyzed,and the system for consumable materials distribution based on closed loop supply chain in operating room was established,using forward-supply and backward-supply distribution management. The statistics about surgical materials preparation time,materials supply time,connective time,pieces of daily returned materials,rate of nurses on-site in 2015 and 2016 were retrospectively analyzed to compare differ- ences before and after application of the system. Results After application of the system for consumable materials distribution based on closed loop supply chain,surgical materials preparation time was reduced from 16.36±8.08 min to 10.33±5.75 rain,materials supply time was reduced from 4.50±1.36 rain to 2.98±1.03 rain,connective time was reduced from 21.38±9.58 rain to 19.78±7.64 rain,pieces of daily returned materials were reduced frora 119.47± 34.79 to 112.24±37.76,rate of nurses on-site was increased from 82.80% to 84.90%,and all differences were sig- nifieant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The system for consumable materials distribution based on closed loop supply chain in operating room eorabines forward-supply and backward-supply,can reduce surgical materials preparation time and materials supply time,fasten connective time which improves efficiency;the system can reduce pieces of daily returned materials,reduee eonsumable materials wastage during logistics,ensure the safety of the eonsuraable materials,and improve the standardized raanagement;the system can improve rate of nurses on-site,guarantee patients＇ safety dur- ing surgeries,and improve nursing quality in operating room.
