摘　　要：校地共建研究院是提高高校服务地方经济发展的重要载体,是连接科技与经济发展的主要桥梁与纽带,也是实现"政产学研用"的一种有效途径。本文针对校地共建研究院的创建模式、功能定位、管理体制与运行机制等方面进行了初步探索,分析了目前校地共建研究院在建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了进一步发展建议,为我国构建完善的校地共建研究院发展模式提供有益参考。For school-government cooperative building research institute, it is not only an important carrier to improve the local economic development of colleges and universities, but also the main bridge and link between technology and economy, at the same time, it is an effective way to realize ＇government, production, learning, research, and use＇. The paper analyzes the construction model, function orientation, management system and operation mechanism, at the same time, it studies the problems existing in the construction of the institute and puts forward some suggestions for further development. It provides a useful reference for the development of school-government cooperative building research institute in China.
