摘  要:节事网站的可用性对用户体验产生很大影响,决定着用户是否能以最简易的方式迅速获取节事资讯与服务。本文采用Q方法以11名受访者为研究对象,建立了寿光菜博会27个评估语句,提升了研究的内在效度,并利用SPSS软件提取出寿光菜博会网站可用性评价因子。通过调查,菜博会网站作为一个官方平台,信息的准确性和可靠性得到了很好的保证;网站的时效性凭借新闻的时时更新来保持;网页的首要可见区域分别展示了网页导航、菜博会概况、展会图片、相关新闻、活动公告、用户登录等模块,内容清晰直观。但同时也存在着网站的友情链接、搜索功能不强;菜博会实景地图的设计存在不足;网站的美观性欠佳;导览性不清晰等问题。The usability of event websites has a great impact on user experience, and it determines whether users are in the most simple way to quickly get events information and services. This paper adopts the Q methodology, taking the official website of Shouguang Vegetable Exhibition as an example. Considering 11 interviewers as the investigated objects, this paper forms 27 evaluation statements, which improves the intrinsic validity by SPSS and four factors of website usability are discovered by this study. Vegetable Fair website, as an official platform, guarantees the accuracy and reliability of information well; the timeliness of the website is maintained by updating news frequently; the initially visible content of the website shows in a clear and intuitive way, which is divided into several modules including web navigation, vegetable fair profile, exhibition pictures, related news, event announcements, user login and so on. However, there are some problems, such as weak links and search function of the website, flawed design of the real map in vegetable fair, deficient beauty of the website, unclear navigation, etc.
