摘　　要：第一反应人作为急救医疗服务的辅助力量，可有效缩短院前急救反应时间、提高院外心搏骤停（OHCA）患者生存率。本文主要针对第一反应人的概念、分类、要求、职能、培训及其国内外研究现状，以及对我国的启示进行综述。First responders are recommended as a supplement to the Emergency Medical Services, which can effectively shorten response times and improve survival in patients with OHCA. The author reviewed the concept, classification, requirement, role and training of first responder, as well as the research status of first responder system and its enlightenment for China.
