摘  要:以黄瓜品种‘改良津春2号’为试材,研究了不同稀释比例(1∶100、1∶150、1∶200,体积比)光碳核肥对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生物量、相对含水量、相对电解质渗透率、光合参数、叶绿素质量分数及丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度的影响。结果表明:喷施光碳核肥可以改善盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的生长状况,提高叶片相对含水量、净光合速率(P_n),降低相对电解质渗透率和MDA积累水平,从而缓解盐胁迫对植株造成的氧化伤害;不同稀释比例光碳核肥对黄瓜盐胁迫植株的缓解效应不同,其中喷施1∶150的光碳核肥对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗光合器官的缓解效应最好。Taking cucumber variety ‘improved Jinchun No.2’ as experimental material.Under saltstress,we studied the effect of carbon dioxide trapping agent of different dilution ratios(1 ∶ 100,1 ∶ 150 and 1 ∶ 200,volume ratio) on the biomass,relative water content,relative electrolyte leakage rate,photosynthetic parameter,chlorophyll mass fraction and malondialdehyde(MDA) molarity in cucumber seedlings.The results showed that spraying carbon dioxide trapping agent could improved seedling growth,increased leaf relative water contents and net photosynthetic rates,meanwhile it could reduced the relative electrolyte leakage rate and MDA accumulation,so the damages caused by oxidization were relieved.Moreover,the carbon dioxide trapping agent with different dilution ratios had different mitigative effects on the salt-stressed seedlings,especially,the 1 ∶ 150 dilution ratio of carbon dioxide trapping agent had the best effect on the photosynthetic apparatus of cucumber seedlings under salt stress.
