摘 要:为解决多跨串联转子在升速降速过程中经过转子的临界转速区域会产生严重振动的问题,设计了一种新型质量调谐吸振器,搭建了四跨转子实验台并进行了实验研究。根据转速信号对四跨转子轴系进行有开关控制吸振器的振动控制研究,在转子过临界时吸合相应转子上吸振器的电磁铁,使吸振器的固有频率与转子临界转速对应的频率一致。结果表明,新型调谐质量吸振器能够有效抑制四跨转子过临界时的振动,同时避免了由吸振器产生的新共振对转子的影响,使四跨转子轴系在全转速范围内保持较低的振动幅值。Severe vibration is the most common problem when a multi-span system approaches the critical speed. In this study,a new type of tuned mass absorber has been designed in order to neutralize critical speed vibrations. The absorbers were installed in four-span rotor benches. The speed-based on-off controlling method was applied to control the absorbers as a means of controlling the four-span rotor shaft vibration. Thus,the natural frequencies of the rotor tuned mass absorbers can be changed in accord with the rotor's natural frequencies. The results show that the tuned mass absorbers can suppress the vibrations of four-span rotors at the critical speed and avert new vibrations caused by the absorber. Therefore,it was concluded that the tuned mass absorber can suppress the vibrations of four-span rotors over the whole speed range.
