摘 要:为了解决旋转模塑成型中,不饱和聚酯树脂因其相对较高的初始黏度和反应热而难以操作的问题,利用实验室小型单轴旋转成型机加工成型不饱和聚酯树脂模制品;通过三维显微镜、厚度均匀性分析和热重量分析等方法确定其最佳加工条件。实验结果表明:在体积填充分数0.049~0.065、模具转速15~20 r/min、模具温度30~50℃条件下,可得到内外表面质量较好的模制品。In an attempt to solve the problem that an unsaturated polyester resin is difficult to operate due to its relatively high initial viscosity and heat of reaction during rotational molding,a laboratory-scale rotating machine has been used to form unsaturated polyester resin; by observing the surface conditions,thickness uniformity analysis and thermogravimetric analysis,the optimum processing conditions were determined. The experimental results show that for a volume filling fraction of 0. 049-0. 065,a rotation speed of 15-20 r/min,and a temperature of 30-50 ℃,molded products with a suitable surface quality can be obtained.
