摘  要:目的了解长沙市儿童家长对预防接种的知识、态度和行为(Knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)特征,并评估应用手机应用程序(Application,APP)开展健康教育干预的效果。方法在长沙市随机抽取410名0-2月龄儿童的家长,通过KAP问卷对其进行12个月跟踪调查,根据是否安装和使用APP将儿童家长分为干预组和对照组,分析儿童家长的KAP得分。结果共调查干预组80名家长、对照组330名家长,使用APP前两组儿童家长知识得分为7.27±2.58分、7.42±2.33分;态度得分为10.94±1.95分、10.78±1.75分;行为得分为6.55±1.29分、6.58±1.26分;均无显著性差异。使用APP 12个月后两组儿童家长知识得分为8.61±2.39分、7.38±2.55分、态度得分为10.80±1.69分、10.04±2.01分;行为得分为5.89±1.12、5.53±1.35分。结论利用手机APP对儿童家长进行健康教育能够促进其预防接种知识的增长。Objective To determine immunization knowledge in Changsha city and to evaluate the effectiveness of health , attitudes and practices (KAP) of parents education using a mobile phone application (APP). Methods 410 parents of 0-2 month old infants were randomly selected from Changsha for a questionnaire-based KAP surveys over 12 months. Parents were divided into an intervention group and a control group according whether they installed and used the APP. KAP scores were assessed. Results 80 parents in the intervention group and 330 parents in the control group were surveyed. Before use of APP, the respective average scores of the intervention group and the control group were 7.27 ± 2. 58 and 7.42 ±2.33 for knowledge, 10. 94 ± 1.95 and 10. 78 ± 1.75 for attitude, and 6.55 ±1.29 and 6.58 -± 1.26 for behavior; there were no significant differences between the two groups. After 12 months of use of APP, the respective average scores of the two groups were 8.61±2.39 and 7.38±2.55 for knowledge, 10. 80 ± 1.69 and 10. 04±2.01 for attitude, and 5.89±1.12 and 5.53± 1.35 for behavior. Conclusions Health education on immunization through mobile phone APP can promote increases in parents' knowledge.
