摘 要:科学、准确的评估空地弹药的作战效能,对武器系统的设计、研制、试验、采购、作战使用及维护等都具有非常重要的意义。利用集对分析法在综合评判决策中处理不确定性因素方面的优势,结合灰色系统理论,建立了空地弹药的效能评估模型。最后,对各个指标进行关联分析得到了体系中较为敏感的指标。实例分析表明该模型可准确、有效的评估空地弹药的作战效能,分析结果可为空地弹药的研制、作战使用等提供理论依据和决策支持。It was of great significance for the design, manufacture, testing, purchase, operational application and maintenance of weapon systems to evaluate the operational effectiveness of air-to-ground ammunition scientiffically and accurately. An operational effectiveness e- valuation model of air-to-ground ammunition was proposed by taking advantages of set pair analysis (SPA) in dealing with system uncertain factors in comprehensive evaluation combined with grey system theory. Finally, sensitive indexes in system were obtained according to the correlation analysis of each index. It indicated that the presented model could evaluate the operational effectiveness of air-to-ground ammu- nition accurately and effectively. The analysis resuhs could offer theoretical base and decision support for the manufacture and operational application of air-to-ground ammunition.
