Numerical Simulation of Fragment Scattering Characteristics for a Arc Rod-Spherical Staggered Fragment Warhead

摘  要:为了进一步提高战斗部的毁伤能力,进而比较了同一战斗部上相同体积的两种形状的破片,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对该战斗部进行了飞散特性数值模拟。分析了交错排列和不同形状对战斗部爆炸破片的速率以及破片形成空间状态的影响。模拟结果表明:圆弧杆破片的平均速率最大,球破片平均速率最小;在任一时刻破片飞散,整体表现均为预制破片球形成的"体"杀伤和圆心角为30°的圆弧杆形成的"体"杀伤组合成的复合"体"杀伤,模拟结果可为战斗部的设计提供了有益的参考。In order to improve damaging ability of warhead, two different shapes of fragments with the same volume in a warhead were compared. The warhead was simulated and analyzed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA on scattering characteristics. The effects of alternate pernmta- tion and different shapes of fragment on velocity of the fragments formed by warhead explosion and fragment spatiality were analyzed. Simu- lation shows that average speed of arc-shaped lever is the fastest and the spherical-debris is the lowest ; The scattering fragment at any mo- ment can be preformed as a composite "volume" damage that consist of the "volume" damage by premade spherical fragment and premade arc rod fragment with central angle of 30°. The result of numerical simulation can provide a useful reference for design of discrete rod com- bined warhead.
