辛热药附子调节心血管作用和机制研究进展

摘　　要：已有研究证明温里药在强心、抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、抗休克、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、改善血液循环等心血管相关病症方面疗效确切。近年来研究者对辛热药附子及其活性成分基于上述病证的作用及其分子机制进行了大量的研究。通过查阅近十几年相关中外文献,对该药及其成分治疗心血管相关疾病的研究概况进行系统综述,为后续相关的深入研究奠定理论和文献基础。Previous studies have shown that some interior-warming drugs have obvious curative effects on strengthening the heart function, anti-myocardial ischemia, anti-arrhythmia, anti-shock, lowering blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar, and improving blood circulation and other related cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, many researches on these effects and correspondent molecular mechanism of some typical interior-warming drugs, such as aconite with pungent hot properties and its active components, have been conducted by repearchers in the filed of traditional Chinese medicine. This review systematically summarizes pharmacological effect and underlying mechanism of aconite and its chemical components on cardiovascular diseases by retrieving the relevant literatures of the past decade, to lay the theoretical and literature foundation for further research.
