摘　　要：近年来,生物技术发展迅猛并已深入到中药资源研究的各个领域。文章简述了我国中药资源的概况及其面临的问题,进而提出现代生物技术这一新兴学科近年来在中药资源发展研究中的应用,并从细胞工程、发酵工程、基因工程、酶工程和分子标记技术5个方面概述了现代生物技术在中药资源研究中的具体应用和最新进展,以期为中药资源的研究提供思路和方向。In recent years, biotechnology developed rapidly and have in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine resources in various fields. This paper outlined the issues traditional Chinese medicine resources faced, and put forward the emerging discipline of modern biotechnology in the study of traditional Chinese medicine resources development in recent years. We also summaried the latest developments in modern biotechnology research in traditional Chinese medicine resources from cell engineering, fermentation engineering, genetic engineering, enzyme engineering, and molecular markers, and hope to provide ideas and reference for the study of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
