超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术结合直肠肛门修复术治疗痔的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术结合直肠肛门修复术治疗痔的效果。方法:2014年1月~2016年10月期间,本院肛肠外科收治120例符合Ⅲ~Ⅳ混合痔诊断标准的患者,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组自愿接受传统痔切除术(外剥内扎术),试验组患者自愿接受超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术结合直肠肛门修复术(DGHAL-RAR),术后比较两种治疗手段的临床效果,包括术后疗效、患者满意度、康复周期、术后并发症(术后水肿、肛门坠胀感、尿潴留)。结果:试验组患者的术后疗效和满意度均高于对照组,康复周期和术后并发症均低于对照组,两组比较结果具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术结合直肠肛门修复术的临床效果显著,患者满意度高。Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of hemorrhoidal artery ligation guided by Doppler ultrasound combined with rectal and anal repair in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods： From January 2014 to October-2016, 120 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases each. The control group received traditional voluntary hemorrhoidectomy（Milligan Morgan）, clinical effect comparison of two kinds of treatment after surgery, including postoperative curative effect, patient satisfaction, recovery period, postoperative complications（postoperative edema, anal tenesmus, urinary retention）. Results：The postoperative efficacy and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, the rehabilitation cycle and postoperative complications were lower than those of the control group, the results of the two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of ultrasound Doppler guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation combined with rectal and anal repair is remarkable, and the patient satisfaction is high.
