摘  要:目的建立多穗柯木姜叶柯Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun.的质量标准。方法对多穗柯药材进行显微鉴别和TLC鉴别;进行总灰分、水分、浸出物检查;采用HPLC,使用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(25∶75)为流动相,在280 nm下测定根皮苷的含量。结果明确了多穗柯的显微特征,制定水分限度≤15%,总灰分限度≤5.0%;醇溶性浸出物限度≥45%;建立了根皮苷的含量测定方法。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可有效控制多穗柯药材的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard of Lithocarpus litseifolius Chun.. Methods The micro- scopic identification and TLC identification ofLithocarpus litseifolius Chun. were carried out. The tests of total ash, contents of moistures and ethanol extracts were conducted. The total ash, content of moisure, and ethanol extracts were tested. HPLC was used with Cj8 chromatographic column to determinate phloridzin, with the mo- bile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphonic acid aqueous solution (25 : 75). The detection wave- length was 280 nm. Results The microscopic identification showd the limit for total ash was less than 5.0%, for content of moisture was less than 15%, while for ethanol extract was more than 45%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducibile, which is effective for the quality control ofLithocarpus litseifolius Chun..
