摘　　要：受国家法规制约和社会环保意识提高的内外力驱动,集装箱漆的水性化已成为防腐漆市场的一个热点。本文介绍了一种基于可聚合乳化剂制备的丙烯酸乳液,相较传统乳化剂制备的乳液,以该乳液制备的涂料具有更好的低起泡性和高抗爆孔性,施工性较好,并且漆膜具有较好的早期耐水性,以及同环氧体系良好的配套性和长效防腐性,能更好地满足集装箱漆的施工条件和应用要求。Driven by a synergy of state law restriction and social environment protection awareness, the development of waterborne container coatings has been in focus in the anticorrosive coatings market. In this article, an acrylic emulsion based on polymerizable emulsifier is introduced. As compared with the emulsions based on traditional emulsifier, the prepared emulsion shows better defoaming and anti-pinhole properties upon curing process, meanwhile, exhibits good coatability, initial water resistance, good compatibility with epoxy system and long-lasting anticorrosion, which can preferably meet the requirements of container coatings and the applications thereof.
