摘　　要：生化需氧量测定常用方法是稀释接种法和微生物膜快速测定法。生化需氧量的测定受多种因素的影响,pH值是影响因素之一,pH值或高或低都影响生化需氧量的测定。该文采用稀释接种法和微生物膜快速测定法分别对不同pH值的水样进行了测定。The common method of biochemical oxygen demand determination is dilution inoculation method and microbial membrane rapid determination method. The determination of biochemical oxygen demand is affected by many factors, pH value is one of the influencing factors.High or low pH value affect the determination of biochemical oxygen demand.In this paper, the water samples with different pH were measured by dilution inoculation method and microbial membrane rapid determination method respectively.
