面部局限红斑型天疱疮一例

摘　　要：报告老年女性局限于面部单侧眼周的红斑型天疱疮1例。组织病理表现为局部角质层及颗粒层完全缺如,棘层可见松解细胞,真皮浅层血管扩张,周围灶状淋巴细胞浸润,可见嗜酸粒细胞。醋酸泼尼松25 mg每日2次口服治疗,2周后逐渐减量,皮损完全消退。We reports an old female who was diagnosed as pemphigus erythematous localized around one single eye. Histopathological examination showed local horny layer and granular layer were completely lost. The acantholytic cell occurs in the epidermis. The superficial dermis were infiltrated by lymphocytes and eosinophils. Prednisone 25 mg bid orally was used for 2 weeks, then gradually reduced to none, the therapy turned out to be effective and the lesion completely recovered.
