“翻转课堂”与高校国际私法课程教学改革探析

摘  要:目前,信息技术与法学教学的深度融合是我国法学教育教学改革的重点和难点,而将“翻转课堂”融入到国际私法课程教学中,是实现这一“深度融合”目标的重大举措之一。作为调整涉外民商事法律关系的国际私法,对其课程进行教学改革不仅是我国法学教育改革、实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划的必然要求。更是国际民商事关系迅猛发展的迫切需要。本文从“翻转课堂”的含义及特点入手,分析了翻转课堂教学法在国际私法教学改革中的必耍性。结合目前在国际私法教学中实施“翻转课堂”可能存在的主要问题,提出了具体解决建议。At present, the integration of information technology and law teaching is the key and difficult point of the reform of law education in china,and it is one of the important measures to realize the goal of "deep integration" by integrating the "flipped classroom" into the teaching of private international law.As an international private law regulating the legal relationship of civil and commercial relations, the teaching reform of the course is not only the inevitable requirement of the reform of legal education in China, but also the implementation of the training program of legal talents.Starting from the meaning and characteristics of "flipped classroom", this paper analyzes the necessity of the flipped classroom teaching in the reform of private international law, combined with the existing problems in the implementation of "flipped classroom" in the teaching of private international law, this paper putS forward some concrete suggestions.
