国内外流域生态补偿经验对珠江—西江流域的启示

摘　　要：通过对国内外生态补偿的成功案例进行深入剖析与评述,探讨流域生态补偿的成功经验,建议通过财税政策、补偿渠道以及实施补偿等途径来对珠江—西江流域经济带的生态补偿机制进行建设。同时,立足"以人为本"的理念,拓宽流域内的生态补偿方式,为珠江—西江流域的生态补偿筹措到更多的资金。This paper analyses and reviews the successful cases of ecological compemationat home and abroadto explore the successful ex- perience of river basin ecological compemation.It is suggested that the ecological compemafion mechanism of the Pearl River and Xijiang River Basin should be constructed through fiscal and taxation policies, and the implementation of compensation channels. At the same time, more funds should be raised to broaden the ecological compensation ways based on the ＂ people-oriented＂ concept.
