摘　　要：针对施工作业面无法扩大，大型半潜船建造效率低下的问题，提出艏楼总段整体提拉合拢方案，实现艏楼总段与船体总段并行建造及合拢安装，提高了造船效率，探索出一种安全高效造船模式。Aiming at the construction inefficiency of semi-submersible barge, a new erection plan of hoisting the forecastle group block were adopted to constructed the hull block and tower group block together. For the limited work face, a new solution was proposed to improve the construction efficiency, which was proved to be safer and more effective.
