摘　　要：针对目前平台上各种管路繁多，特别是水泥管路系统试压的安全要求，分析压力测试前的技术要求，测试设备和管阀附件检测，试压过程，保压泄漏检测以及泄压的注意事项，结合实例探讨超高压水泥管路系统试压方案。Based on the requirements of ultra high pressure and high safety for various kinds of pipeline, especially for the cement pipeline system in the platforms, the key points of the pressure test technology were researched, including test equipment and pipe valve accessories detection, the process of pressure test, holding pressure leak detection and the attentions of pressure relief. An example was given to investigated the test scheme of ultra high pressure cement pipe system.
