摘　　要：心和肺不仅仅是解剖上相互连续，在生理功能上也有交互作用，且关系复杂。了解心肺的交互关系对治疗危重患者尤为关键，特别是需要机械通气或存在潜在心肺疾病的患者。本文主要从机械通气对呼吸系统、循环系统的影响，循环系统对呼吸的影响以及心肺交互的指标及影响因素4个方面进行阐述，为进一步研究心肺交互作用的相关研究提供依据。Heart and lung connect anatomically and interact with each other physically. Cardiopulmonary interaction is a crucial theoretical basis for critical patients＇ rescue, especially in patients with mechanical ventilation and underlying cardiopulmonary diseases. This article focused on effects of mechanical ventilation on respiratory and circuXatory systems, heart-lung interaction indexes and the related factors.
