血清急性淀粉样蛋白A水平与白塞病活动度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的·评估血清急性淀粉样蛋白A(A-SAA)与白塞病(BD)活动度的相关性。方法·收集活动期BD(n=40)、缓解期BD(n=15)、大动脉炎(TA,n=12)、类风湿关节炎(RA,n=25)、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE,n=25)患者与健康对照(HD,n=15)的血清,分组比较不同患者的A-SAA、血沉(ESR)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平。分析A-SAA与国际白塞病学会(ISBD)疾病活动指数的相关性以及A-SAA与其相关下游分子IL-8的相关性。结果·A-SAA水平在活动期BD患者中异常升高[(115.70±87.78)mg/L],在RA及TA患者中也升高,分别为(68.72±61.50)mg/L和(96.25±87.41)mg/L;SLE患者中未见其升高。A-SAA与ISBD指数及血清IL-8水平相关。结论·A-SAA可作为评价BD活动度的检测指标之一。Objective · To investigate correlation of serum acute amyloid A （A-SAA） level and activity of Behcet＇s disease （BD）. Methods · Blood samples from patients with active BD （n=40）, remission BD （n=15）, Takayasu disease （TA, n=12）, rheumatoid arthritis （RA, n=25）, systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE, n=25） and healthy donor （HD, n=25） were collected. Serum A-SAA, ESR, and CRP levels were detected and compared among groups. The correlation between A-SAA and its downstream IL-8 or International Society for Behcet＇s disease （ISBD） disease activity scores was analyzed as well. Results · Serum A-SAA level was significantly increased in the patients with active BD [（115.70±87.78） mg/L], as well as patients with RA and TA, which levels were （68.72±61.50） mg/L and （96.25±87.41） mg/L respectively, but remained unchanged in SLE patients. Moreover, serum A-SAA level was found correlated with ISBD score as well as IL-8 level. Conclusion · A-SAA can work as a detection index for evaluating BD activity.
