摘　　要：以纺织行业某龙头企业清花、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序为研究对象,运用工业工程的联合作业分析、流程程序分析、MOD法等方法进行改善。降低了工人劳动量,缩短了工人劳动时间,提高了工作效率,使员工操作更加科学化,生产更加合理。运用的工业工程改善方法对其他纺织企业也有借鉴意义。The blowing, roving, spinning and winding process of a textile leading enterprise were used as the study object. Com- bined operation analysis, process analysis and MOD method of industrial engineering were used to improve the deficiency. Labor a- mount of the workers were reduced, labor time of the workers was shortened and work efficiency was improved to make the operation more scientific and production more reasonable. The improvement methods of industrial engineering also had a reference for other tex- tile enterprises.
