摘　　要：本文采用国际通用的、基于科学产出力统计分析的文献计量学方法,以《科学引文索引(扩展版)》(Science Cit-ation Index Expanded,简称SCIE)数据库为统计信息源,对被其收录的2016年新疆任意作者的论文进行系统的统计分析,通过对作者、机构、文献语种、主要发文期刊、文献类型、学科领域、合作国家机构分布等方面数据的分析研究,揭示科学生产的组织结构、交流活动、学术水平及其发展变化规律,从而为科技管理部门提供决策参考。Adopting the bibliometric analysis, and taking Science Citation Index Expanded（SCIE）as the statistical sources, this paper makes comprehensive statistical analysis of SCIE-covered papers during 2016 in Xinjiang, from eight aspects： authors distribution, institutions distribution, literature languages distribution, main journals distribution,literature types distribution, subjects distribution, main co-operation countries（regions） and institutions distribution. It will provide bases of decision making for decision-making section and scientific research management institutions to condense the subject development targets and formulate the sci-tech development plan in consonant.
