摘　　要：本文对日本法学教育的特征、培养模式作了全面介绍,并着重介绍进入2000年代以后的法学教育改革与人才培养模式上遇到的问题以及对策,以期在借鉴中不重蹈失败的覆辙汲取成功经验。In this paper,characteristics of Japanese legal education training mode are comprehensively introduced.I focus on the reform of legal education and talent training mode since the beginning of 2000s which encountered problems and countermeasures,in order not to repeat Japan’s mistakes and learn from the successful experience.
