摘 要:目的比较分析不同海拔灰兜巴中挥发油的化学成分。方法用正己烷萃取法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)和NIST分析挥发油中的成分,并采用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果从高海拔样品的挥发油中鉴定出了133个化合物,占挥发油总量的88.6%;低海拔样品的挥发油中鉴定出了103个化合物,占挥发油总量的87.3%;两种样品中含有40种共同的化学成分。结论灰兜巴挥发油中鉴定出烃类、醇类、醛类、酮类、酸类、酯类、含氮化合物等成分;不同海拔灰兜巴样品的挥发油构成有一定的差异。OBJECTIVE To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oil in Huidouba from different altitudes. METHODS The volatile oil was extracted from Huidouba with n - hexane and analyzed by GC - MS and NIST. The mass fractions of chemical constituents were determined by normalized peak area. RESULTS 133 constituents were identified from the sample of high altitude,which accounted 88.6% of all the volatile oil, while 103 constituent were identified from the sample of low altitude, which accounted 87.3% of all the volatile oil. The two samples shared 40 identical compounds. CONCLUSION A number of compounds have been identified from Huidouba volatile oil, including hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters and nitrogenous as well as other chemical constituents. The constituents of the volatile oil is different in Huidouba from different altitudes.
