摘  要:目的采用HPLC法测定金酸萍胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法采用Waters C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长254 nm。结果大黄素的回归方程为:Y=3.149×10~3X-3.687×10~3(r=0.9994),0.232~1.86μg大黄素与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.52%,RSD=2.04%(n=6),精密度和重复性的RSD分别为2.09%、1.64%(n=5)。结论所用方法灵敏度高、结果准确、重复性好,可用于金酸萍胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of emodin in Jinsuanping capsules. METHODS Dia- monsil ClS column ( 150 mm × 3.9 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid ( 85 : 15 ) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. The column temperatue was 30 ℃ ,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS The linear equation of emodin was Y = 3. 149 × 10^3X - 3. 687 × 10^3 ( r = 0. 9994). The linear range was 0. 232 - 1.86 μg with the average recovery of 97.52% and the RSD of 2.04% ( n = 6 ). The RSDs of precision and repeatability were 2.09% and 1.64% ( n = 5 ) , respectively. CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducibile. It can be used for the quality control of Jinsuanping capsules.
