摘  要:循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉机组蓄能与煤粉炉差异较大,独特的燃烧方式形成可观的燃料侧蓄能,为提升CFB机组的快速变负荷能力、促进新能源电力规模化并网提供可能。通过机理分析,建立亚临界及超临界CFB锅炉蓄能理论体系,分析燃料侧及汽水侧蓄能能力、控制调节特性,根据实例量化锅炉蓄能。提出CFB锅炉机组蓄能的利用模式,基于此设计先行能量平衡控制系统,缩短机组响应时间,显著提升变负荷速率,并为大比例掺烧煤泥提供有效控制方法。此外,通过电厂工程运行分别实现了亚临界及超临界CFB机组的快速变负荷运行控制。The characteristic of energy storage between circulating fluidized bed (CFB) and pulverized coal boilers are of great difference. Attributed to the unique combustion, the energy storage of CFB boilers on fuel side is considerable, making it possible for enhancing the quick load change ability as well as solving the problem of large-scale renewable energy integration in grid. On the analysis of energy storage in the mechanism, the theory of energy storage in both the subcritical and supercritical CFB boiler had been established. Then the capacity and control regulation characteristics of energy storage on fuel side and steam water side were analyzed by mechanism combining with project practice. The patterns of energy storage utilization with CFB boilers were proposed, based on which the advanced energy balance (AEB) system was designed to shorten the response time to disturbance and accelerate the load change speed. In addition, operation control of the quick load change was realized in subcritical and supercritical CFB boilers through power plant project.
