摘　　要：从形态和培养特征、鞭毛抗原血清分析、生化反应、酯酶图谱和遗传进化分析等方面,全面介绍了苏云金芽孢杆菌的鉴定与分类方法。讨论了每种方法的适用范围,及对苏云金芽孢杆菌微生物农药登记管理的意义。The identification and classification methods of Bacillus thuringiensis （B.t.） were comprehensively introduced, from the perspectives of morphological and culture characteristics, flagella antigens serotype, biochemical reactions, esterase patterns and phylogenetic analysis etc. The applicable scope of each method, and the significance for the registration and management of B.t. as a microbial pesticide were discussed.
