摘　　要：[目的]建立高效液相色谱测定顺式氯氰菊酯的方法。[方法]试样用正己烷溶解,以正己烷-乙酸乙酯为流动相,用Agilent ZORBAX RX-SIL色谱柱和紫外检测器,对顺式氯氰菊酯进行正相高效液相色谱分离,外标法定量。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.9998,变异系数为0.21%,平均回收率为100.6%。[结论]方法操作简单,重复性好,结果可靠。[Aims] The aims were to establish a method for determination ofalpha-cypermethrin by HPLC. [Methods] The samples were dissolved with n-hexane and analyzed by HPLC using Agilent ZORBAX RX-SIL column and UV detector with the mixture of n-hexane and ethyl acetate as the mobile phase. The quantification was conducted by external standard method. [Results] The linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the variation coefficient was 0.21%, and the average recovery was 100.6%. [Conclusions] The method is simple, reproducible and reliable.
