摘 要:[目的]明确新疆棉田不同田旋花种群对二甲戊灵的耐药性水平。[方法]采用种子生物测定法测定新疆不同植棉区31份田旋花对二甲戊灵的耐药性。[结果]新疆不同植棉区田旋花对二甲戊灵的耐药水平整体偏低,供测样品中敏感性生物型居多,共17个,占总样品数的54.84%;9个田旋花种群对二甲戊灵具有低水平耐药性,占总样品数的29.03%;5个田旋花种群对二甲戊灵产生了高水平的耐药性,占总样品数的16.13%。[结论]耐药性田旋花群体在新疆主要集中在北疆的第六、七和八师植棉区,除第一师五团样品外,南疆和东疆的田旋花群体对二甲戊灵均较为敏感。[Aims] This study aims to investigate the tolerance level of field bindweed to pendimethal in Xinjiang province. [Methods] The 31 biotypes of field bindweed were collected from cotton fields and the seed bioassay were conducted. [Results] The results showed that the whole tolerance levels of fieM bindweed are low. In the total samples, 17 were susceptible biotypes and the rate was 54.84%. Meanwhile, there were 9 low-level and 5 high-level tolerance biotypes, and the rate were 29.03 and 16.13%, respectively. [Conclusions] The results suggested that the tolerance biotypes were mainly on the sixth, seventh and eighth division of northern Xinjiang. Besides the sample from five regiment of first division, the tolerance levels of field bindweed were more susceptive to pendimethal in southern and eastern Xinjiang.
