建立黄热病疫苗脱敏接种程序的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的对建立黄热病疫苗脱敏接种程序进行可行性研究。方法采用文献法,通过对有关黄热病疫苗及接种的相关文献及药品脱敏注射的相关文献的研究分析,讨论建立规范的黄热病疫苗的脱敏接种方法的可行性。结果分次接种黄热病疫苗时,当首针疫苗接种剂量达到100PFU,若接种首针后发生过敏反应,即使立即停止继续接种,也可保证已注射的疫苗剂量刺激机体免疫反应,产生阳转。将人群分为三类,反复过敏人群（过敏体质）、正在过敏人群（皮疹、荨麻疹等症状）、过敏恢复人群（皮疹消退1周内）,可根据不同人群的情况选择不同的接种方案。结论黄热病疫苗的脱敏注射程序在理论上可行,国内外已有相关实践,建议国内在适宜条件下尽快开展黄热病疫苗脱敏注射治疗。Objective To study the feasibility of desensitization inoculation of Yellow Fever Vaccine. Methods to analyze the relevant literature on yellow fever vaccine and literature on drug desensitization injection, to discuss the feasibility of establishing a standardized desensitization. Method of yellow fever vaccine. Result In the desensitization inoculation of yellow fever vaccine, the first dose reached 100 PFU. If patients occur allergic reactions, stop the vaccination and it can also ensure that the vaccine has been injected to stimulate the body’s immune response, resulting in positive. Divide the crowd into three categories： people who allergy over and over again, people that allergic and people who are recovery from allergic. Give different groups different vaccination options. Conclusion The desensitization injection procedure of yellow fever vaccine is theoretically feasible and has relevant practice abroad. It is suggested that the desensitization injection of yellow fever vaccine should be carried out as soon as possible under suitable conditions.
