福州机场2016年首例输入性登革热病例调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查分析福州机场2016年首例输入性登革热病例的流行病学资料,为制订预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采集病例急性期血清进行检测,并进行流行病学调查处置。结果该病例经实验室检测确定为登革热确诊病例,通过快速杀灭成蚊和清除伊蚊孳生地为主的综合防治,未发生二代病例。结论输入性登革热存在输入后传播流行及诱发重症登革热的风险,应采取综合防控措施加强国境卫生检疫。0bjective This assay was desired to explore the epidemic characteristics of the first case of dengue fever at Fuzhou airport in 2016 and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures. Methods To collect the acute phase serum of cases for detection and carry out the epidemiological investigation. Results The laboratory test result shows a confirmed case of dengue fever. After the adoption of killing mosquitoes and eliminate Albopictus breeding ground, there was no second generation of cases. Conclusion The popular and worsen risk caused by imported dengue fever was existent, Prevention and control measures should be taken to strengthen the frontier health and quarantine.
