摘　　要：目的探讨1 470nm激光治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法2014年5月至2016年11月间,我院采用1 470nm激光治疗9例非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤,观察其疗效和安全性。结果 9例手术均顺利完成,无严重手术并发症,术后短期随访无原位复发病例。结论 1 470nm激光治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤安全可行。Objective We report efficacy and security to en bloc resection non-muscle invasive bladder cancer by 1 470 nm laser. Methods We treated 9 cases non-muscle invasive bladder cancer by 1 470 nm laser during May 2014 to November 2016, and observed its efficacy and safety. Resuits All operations were complete safety. There were no serious complications. There was no recurrence in situ in short-term follow-up cases. Conclusions The process to en bloc resection nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer by 1 470 nm laser is safe and feasible.
