摘　　要：针对朔黄铁路在DK-1G和DK-2型制动机教学上存在的困难,设计开发了DK-1G及DK-2型制动机的实物教学试验台。相比于传统的PPT课件教学,该教学试验台不仅提供了阀件及综合作用的原理教学,而且还有故障设置、排除,单机试验操纵和双机重联操纵等实用功能。该试验台在朔黄铁路的成功应用,填补了国内DK-1G和DK-2型制动机实物场景教学的空白。For the problem in training operator about type DK-1G and DK-2 brake of Shuohuang railway, a kind of object teaching test bench is designed and developed. Compared to the traditional teaching way, such as PPT, this device not only introduces the principle of valve parts and comprehensive effect, but also can do malfunction setting/resetting and practice in one or more brake simultaneously. Now this device has been successfully used in Shuohuang railway, and it fills a domestic gap in material object scenes teaching of type DK- 1G and DK-2 brake.
