摘  要:目的对免疫透射比浊法测定血清胱抑素C的方法学性能行初步评价,并与免疫散射比浊法进行比较。方法应用Rohe Modular P全自动生化分析仪与SIEMENS BN ProSpec特定蛋白仪分别对血清胱抑素C进行初步的方法学评价,包括精密度、线性回归试验、回收试验、干扰试验。结果免疫透射比浊法和免疫散射比浊法无论是批内还是批间精密度均符合要求,CV均<4.5%;2种方法从低检测范围到高检测范围,均有着良好的线性回归,斜率均接近于1,截距均接近于0,R2均>0.95;免疫透射比浊法与免疫散射比浊法的回收率均>96%;干扰物试验结果显示血红蛋白、三酰甘油及胆红素均对测定无明显影响。结论免疫透射检验的灵敏度较高,检测范围广,与免疫散射试验的结果基本一致,系统误差小、抗干扰能力强,且更加快速、实用和便利。Objective To initially evaluate the methodological properties of serum cystatin C by transmitted immunotur- bidimetric assay and compare it with scatter turbidimetrie assay. Methods Methodological evaluation was carried out for the serum cystatin C by Robe Modular P automatic biochemical analyzer and SIEMENS BN ProSpec specific protein instrument, including precision, linear regression test, recovery test and interference test. Results Transmitted immuno- turbidimetric assay and scatter turhidimetric assay both conformed to the requirements of intra-or inter-batch precision, and CV was 〈4.5%; the two methods had good linear regression from the low detection range to the high detection range, the slope was both close to 1, the intercept was both close to 0, and R2 was both〉0.95; the recovery rates of transmitted immunoturbidimetric assay and scatter turbidimetric assay were both〉96%; interferent test results showed that hemoglobin, triglyceride and bilirubin had no significant effects on the determination. Conclusion The sensitivity of immune transmission test is high, the detection range is wide, which is consistent with the result of scatter turbidi- metric assay. The system error is small, the anti-interference ability is strong, and it is more rapid, practical and conve- nient.
