腹针加超短波电疗结合中药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹针疗法加超短波电疗与中药结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果与护理效果。方法选取我院2015年9月~2016年10月间所收治的59例慢性盆腔炎患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均采取腹针疗法+超短波电疗+中药治疗,依据护理方法差异性进行分组。实施常护理的30例患者为参照组,实施综合护理措施的29例患者为研究组,对护理效果进行统计和总结。结果护理后,研究组患者的临床护理总有效率(100.0%)明显高于参照组护理总有效率(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者采取腹针疗法加超短波电疗与中药结合的手段进行治疗,并在治疗前、治疗期间及出院后实施相应的护理措施,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing effect of abdominal acupuncture plus ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 59 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation who were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to Oc- tober 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were given abdominal acupuncture therapy＋ultrashort wave elec- trotherapy ＋ traditional Chinese medicine. Afterwards, the patients were assigned to groups according to the difference of nursing methods. 30 patients receiving routine care were assigned to the reference group, and 29 patients receiving comprehensive nursing measures were the assigned to the study group. The effects of nursing care were analyzed and summarized. Results After different nursing methods, the total effective rate of clinical nursing （100.0%） in the study group was significantly higher than that of in the control group（70.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus ultrashort wave electrotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, as well as the implementation of appro- priate nursing measures before treatment, during treatment and after discharge can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
