摘  要:拱座基础的设计是拱桥设计中较为关键的一环,其与地基间的相互作用较为复杂,常用简化方法难以对其进行精确分析。考虑拱座基础与地基间的接触问题,采用有限元程序ANSYS14.0对某座105 m上承式钢筋混凝土拱桥的拱座台阶基础进行分析,并着重对单元类型的选择、实常数和关键选项的设置进行研究,最终建立基于ANSYS接触分析的有限元模型,并将计算结果与2种常用方法比较。计算结果表明:考虑了基底摩阻和台阶背面反力,地基应力介于传统方法和变形协调法计算值之间,结果较为合理,更能反映结构真实受力特性;抗滑移结果虽略小于传统方法,但符合规范要求;考虑接触的有限元模型不仅能得到地基应力,还能对基础的抗滑移性能、交界面接触状态作出直观的判断;可为类似结构的计算分析提供参考。As a key link of the design of whole arch bridge,the design of arch seat is difficult because of the complexity of the interaction between arch seat and ground base,and the accurate results is also hard toobtain by the present simplified calculation methods. Taking the contact condition between arch foundation and ground base into account,the stress on the step-shaped foundation of arch seat of a deck arch bridge whose total length is 105 m was carried out by using finite element program ANSYS14. 0. Meanwhile,the study on parameters settings was focused on,such as the choice of element type,some real constants and key option. So the numerical simulation was achieved based on ANSYS contact analysis,and the comparisons with two other usual methods were made. The calculation results reveal that: the foundation stress by considering the friction of the base bottoms and the counter force of arch abutment back,is between the results acquired from traditional method and deformation compatibility method,so the stress results can be verified to be reliable which can represent the real force mechanic well; the comparison indicated that the safety coefficients of restricting slide obtained from the numerical analysis were only slightly smaller than the traditional calculation results,but it can also match the standards; not only the foundation stress,but also the anti-slip performance of foundation and the interfacial contact state can be obtained from the ANSYS contact analysis; the method of this paper provides a valuable reference for the similar system.
