摘　　要：目的:为鉴别和进一步研究开发红芽木提供方法依据。方法:采用石蜡切片法观察茎、叶的解剖结构,用水合氯醛透化法观察红芽木茎叶粉末的显微特征,并观察其药材性状。结果:描述了红芽木药材的性状特征,确定了其茎叶及粉末的显微鉴别特征。结论:研究结果可为红芽木的鉴别和进一步开发利用提供依据。Objective To provide basis for the identification and the further research of C. formosum （Jack） Dyer subsp, pruni- florum （Kurz） Gogelin. Methods The paraffin section technology was used to observe the microscopic identifications of stems and leaves of C. formosum （Jack） Dyer subsp, pruniflorum （Kurz） Gogelin. The slide with chloral hydrate was used to observe the mi- croscopic identifications of the powder of stems and leaves. The properties of the C. formosum （Jack） Dyer subsp, pruniflorum （Kurz） Gogelin herb were also observed. Results The properties of the C. formosum （Jack） Dyer subsp, pruniflorum （Kurz） Goge- lin herb, the microscopic identifications of stems and leaves and their powder were reported. Conclusion The results can provide basis for the identification and the further research of C. formosum （Jack） Dyer subsp, pruniflorum （Kurz） Gogelin.
