摘　　要：归纳总结回医药治疗缺血性脑中风的研究进展,旨在体现回医药在治疗缺血性脑中风方面的优势并为以后更深入的研究提供参考。在查阅近年来有关回医药对缺血性脑中风的认识及治疗的文献基础上,将回医药治疗缺血性脑中风的研究从包含单味回药和回药复方的内服法以及外用疗法两方面进行整理和总结。其中,单味回药的研究以回医香药的研究为主,回药复方的研究以失荅剌知丸、扎里奴思方的研究为多。结果发现回医药对缺血性脑中风的理论认识及治疗具有独特优势,治疗作用明显且前景广阔。但对回药单体间的配伍规律及其相互作用仍需进一步的挖掘,对复方的深入研究仅局限于个别复方,临床用于治疗缺血性脑中风的回药复方制剂较少。故有必要更深入地研究和开发回医药,使其在缺血性脑中风的治疗中发挥应有的价值。To summarize the treatment of ischemic stroke in Hui medicine, Which aims to reflect the advantages of Hui medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke and provide a reference for further research. On the basis of reviewing the literature on the knowl- edge and treatment of ischemic stroke in recent years, to sort out and analyze the treatment of ischemic stroke in Hui medicine from o- ral and external therapy, among them, oral therapies include single herb and compound prescriptions. Single herb research is focused on the aromatic drug research. Hui medicine compound prescriptions is limited to Shida Lazhi pill and Zhali Nusi formula. Found that Hui medicine has special advantages on understanding and treatment of Ischemic stroke, its treatment effect is obvious and prospect is broad. But we still need to further excavate compatibility rules and their interactions of single herb. And in - depth study of Hui medi- cine compound prescriptions is limited, so clinical have a few preparations. We need to be more in - depth research and development to Hui medicine, so that it can play the proper value in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
