摘　　要：渗透泵制剂近年来成为中药新剂型研究的热点。笔者对近10年来国内外对渗透泵缓控释制剂的研究报道进行分类和整理,对渗透泵的结构类型和释药机理、适用的药物类型、相关专利等方面的研究进行综述,以期为渗透泵缓控释给药系统的进一步研究提供参考。Osmotic pump preparation in recent years has become a hot research of new dosage forms of Chinese traditional medi- cine. The authors reviewed 10 years at home and abroad on the osmotic pump controlled release preparation and research reports, clas- sify and organize, summarized the structure types of osmotic pump and drug release mechanism and suitable drug types, the domestic and foreign related patents etc. To provide reference for further study of osmotic pump controlled release drug delivery system.
