中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀证慢性心衰50例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀证慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法:将100例慢性心衰患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气化瘀胶囊。观察两组6min步行实验、NT-BNP的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后的6min步行实验效果有明显地提高(P<0.05),NT-BNP的含量明显地降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组6min步行实验效果提高更明显(P<0.05),NT-BNP的含量降低更明显,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀胶囊对气滞血瘀证慢性心衰有较好的治疗作用,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of qi de- ficiency and blood deficiency. Methods To 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups, each with 50 eases. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was treated with ~iqi Huayu Capsule on the basis of routine treatment. To observed two groups of patients changes of 6min walking test and brain natri- uretic peptide at the end of N. Results Compared with prior treatment, the effect of 6min walking test was obviously improved （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the content of NT - BNP was obviously decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in the two groups. Compared with the control group after treatment, the effect of 6min walking test in treatment group was more obvious （P 〈 0.05 ）, the content of NT - BNP decreased more obviously, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Yiqi Huayu capsule has a good therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood deficiency, and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
