恶性肿瘤患者化疗后行热敏灸对骨髓抑制的预防效果

摘　　要：目的研究恶性肿瘤患者化疗后行热敏灸对其骨髓抑制的预防效果。方法选取2015年9月~2016年9月在我院接受化疗的恶性肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者在围化疗期给予西药口服,观察组患者采用热敏灸,分析两组患者治疗后的血液指标(白细胞、粒细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平等)检测结果,对其降低程度进行评分,并比较两组对骨髓抑制的预防效果。结果化疗结束后,两组患者的白细胞、粒细胞、血小板及血红蛋白的检测结果均不在正常参考范围内,但观察组患者各项指标均显著高于对照组,下降程度评分低于对照组;观察组和对照组患者的骨髓抑制预防总有效率分别为93.33%和60.00%,观察组显著高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间,采用热敏灸可以有效预防骨髓抑制,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of beat sensitive moxibustion on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor.Methods 60 patients with malignant tumor received chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as objects from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and they were divided into the two groups,and there were 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral western medicine, while the observation group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion.Blood indexes （white blood cells,neutrophils, platelets,hemoglobin level） test results after treatment in the two groups were analyzed and its decrease degree was scored.The preventive effect on bone marrow suppression between the two groups was compared.Results After the end of chemotherapy,detection results of white blood cells,neutrophils,platelets and hemoglobin in patients of two groups were not in the normal range of reference,but the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,decreased score was lower than that of the control group;the total effective rate for bone marrow suppres- sion in patients of the observation group and the control group was 93.33% and 60.00% respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,all the above the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion During the chemotherapy of patients with malignant tumors,and heat sensitive moxibustion applied can effectively prevent bone marrow suppression and it is worthy of popularization and application.
