摘　　要：高校专家学者文库建设是高校文献资源保障体系建设的重要组成部分。文章分析了专家学者文库建设的必要性、建设内容和信息来源,介绍了系统的服务功能和管理功能,最后对文库建设存在的问题进行了思考。The construction of experts and scholars database in university is an important part of university literature resource security system construction. This paper analyzed the necessity, construction content and information sources of ex- perts and scholars database construction, and introduced the system＇ s service and management functions, and pro, posed the existing problems in the end.
