摘　　要：通过分析透明聚酰亚胺薄膜专利技术在日本市场的专利申请量、技术集中度、技术领域分布等布局情况,发现不同申请国家或地区采用的申请策略不同。进一步发现,大量持续的技术投入是获得高价值专利的基础,采用"少而精"的多边申请策略,可以低成本地在多国同时进行专利布局,在不同技术分支中通过差异化的发展方向可以有效避免盲目竞争,并获得更强的市场竞争力。The numbers of patents, technical concentration, distribution of technical areas about the transparent polyimide film in Japan market were analyzed, and it was found that different application countries or area deployed different application strategies. Furthermore, amounts of continuous investment in technology were the base of valuable patents, it was more economic to take ＂fewer but better＂ application strategy when it came to multiple patent layout spontaneously, and it will be more competitive by taking diverse development direction in different technology branch, and avoided cutthroat competition.
